Responsibilities:
•       Give customers a personalized experience.
•       Address and resolve customers’ daily issues and concerns
using different support channels.
•       Make personalized solutions and analyze customer feedback.
•       Engage the customer community

Requirements:
•       Excellent Oral and Written English communication skills
•       Enjoy customer communication
•       Web-savvy
•       Good Communicator
•       At least 2 years experience in Customer Service
•       A Team player who is open to learning and growth in a
challenging environment
•       A self starter with an innovative mind
•       Can carry out customer support through email and calls
•       A  Background in Psychology or communication is a plus, but
not required
